Our five-stage recruitment process
1
Review
We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria.

Intro call/video
Candidates are asked to submit answers to questions via video. Some candidates will also have an intro call with one of the recruiters.

Interview
We conduct online or in person inteviews to get to know you better. For some roles there may be a second interview if required.

Assessment
For some roles candidates will be required to complete assessments for us to ensure fit for the role.
5
Offer
Checks and references are conducted and an offer is made to the candidate that we feel is best for the role.
Welcome to the Team!
Candidates will be immersed into the “Hollywood World” on an exciting induction and will be introduced to the Purple Team.
